The Consulting
Services Division
of American Security Programs provides
a wide array of consulting services.The Division is comprised
of two operational sections:
The Consulting Services Bureau specializes
in areas of threat/vulnerability assessment, security
surveys and audits,
technical investigations and
expert testimony, etc.
The Security Systems Bureau provides
operations and supporting solutions to electronic security
problems for businesses, government agencies
and private residences. We do not sell hardware; therefor
we are able to provide unbiased
solutions to our client needs. American Security Programs employs
a methodical
process to derive the best solution to our client’s requirements.

and the customer’s requirements, recommendations are
provided in a prioritized format.
Budget Analysis: Where sufficient data is available, cost estimates
are provided to enable the client to budget appropriately.
System Design Provide: a design of the system requirements and list of
specifications to meet the client’s defined needs. The final design
will be both efficient and effective (both from a cost and operational
approach).
Project Management: American Security Programs represents the CLIENT
and works with the integrator to ensure compliance with contract documents and
that the industry’s best practices are met.
Certification of Systems and Operational Processes: American Security
Programs provides an impartial “Third Party” review of new
or existing systems to insure that the system meets applicable codes and
industry
best
practices.
